Just a short e-mail from all of us at Croughton Short Mat Bowls Club to say "Thank You" again for a lovely meal also the very friendly reception and efficient attention we all received throughout the evening. Everyone said to us how much they had enjoyed themselves.
We would like you to pass on our best wishes to you and all your staff for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and hope to see you sometime in the New Year.

Almost two weeks have flown by already, but I wanted to drop you a line to thank you for your hospitality on 23 November.
It was a successful day all round, assisted greatly by the comfortable venue, the food and your courteous and helpful staff.
We very much hope to be able to use your facilities again in the future.

I wanted to thank you for making our daughter’s wedding weekend wonderful.
We needed a hotel near to where our daughter was getting married for all the family and ushers to stay. We visited the hotel In January and the manager gave us an excellent package so we booked all 22 rooms. The reception staff managed the reservations very efficiently. On 17th November my husband, daughter and I arrived and we were made very welcome and had a superb, quiet meal together in the restaurant. On Friday all 44 guests arrived, all the rooms were ready and absolutely spotless. In the evening all the guests had a fantastic meal in the Apricot room, the food was superb and the service efficient and discrete. Breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday were relaxing and the food again superb. All the rooms were cleaned each day with the staff working around us never inconveniencing anyone. Every member of staff was helpful and no matter what the request they were always helpful and smiling, for example, despite arriving back at the hotel at 1:30am without our keys the person on duty arrived at the desk smiling and welcoming! Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay and were full of praise. Thank you very much for making the wedding weekend so special

I have been asked to pass on our good wishes to you and your staff for all their hard work to make yesterday such a success for us.
27 nurses who trained at the Horton General Hospital in the 50,s and 60's gathered together in an excellent setting with great service and enjoying well prepared food.
Parking for everyone, some of whom had poor mobility was a bonus and will ensure a return next year if the event is still viable.
Those that arrived early or stayed late enjoyed coffee or tea in the nice lounge.
May I thank you warmly for your help all day yesterday and I hope to use the facility myself, very soon.
